Therapeutic Use Exemptions

General guidelines regarding TUEs

· As a principle, FIAS recognizes TUEs granted by code compliant National Anti-doping Agencies, NADO (the list can be found here)

· If you have been granted a TUE by your NADO, you are required to send a copy of the certificate to fias.dopingfree@sportaccord.com

· If your NADO refuses to treat your TUE application, or if you are from a country where the NADO is not compliant, please contact us at fias.dopingfree@sportaccord.com

· All Athletes participating at the following events are required, should the case occur, to have Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE) granted or, in the case of mutual recognition with National Anti-Doping Organisations, recognized by FIAS. Applications or NADO certificates must be sent to FIAS at least 30 days before the start of the event.
