The regulations for the Youth Sambo World Championship in Latvia have been published

Sambo World Championship among boys and girls and juniors will take place in Latvia from October 8 to 12. Athletes from different countries will meet to fight on the mats of the Olympic sports center in the country’s capital. Olympic Sports Centre in Riga is a multifunctional sports facility for various sports. There train such basketball teams as "TTT Riga" and "VEF Riga", there are six sports halls, fitness machines, rooms for aerobics, a 50-meter pool with 6 lanes and a depth of 2.3 meters, as well as office spaces of sports federations and organizations.

The building of the Olympic Centre was inaugurated in 2005 on the site of a former racetrack, its total area measures ​​nearly 24,000 square meters. The center is located to the north-east of the center of Riga in Skanstes district, near the street of K. Valdemar and close to the Riga Arena.
